fortunately i never had the desire to try tobacco. as far as needles go i'm terrified of the things, i vaccinate all the horses but i dont recieve em well. funny that, as i have been tattooed 14 times without a problem.

Yeah, but a tattoo needle barely breaks the skin mate, it doesn't break thru the skin, fat, muscle, scraping bone and nicking arteries as it bounces from one nerve to another sending painful messages into the pain receptors in your brain that make you start sweating like a pig and screaming like a little girl............ er, needles are good! Sorry..........  ;D
I detect some Makers Mark behind that one!!!!

Yeah, I gotta stop drinking while I'm a posting Bobby, ha ha!  ;D
Tipping a glass of the brown nectar to you mate. Nice cold evening in front of the fire.

Good luck to you my man,  I am in the same boat.  weight gain is a vicious cycle and a tough one to reverse.
As far as the makers mark references, I drive within a few miles of the distillery every morning on my morning commute.  One of these days I'm going to go on the tour all pissed on the stuff, bourbon and whiskeys make me a little "punchy"
I farted and made my son cry.

Well not wanting to see you to get in trouble Mr B, instead of going into Bill Samuels house of worship swinging your fists, how's about you just pick up a couple of gallons of the stuff and send it to me? And Bobby, it's not cold at all here, but any weather is good for sipping MM, so I'm tipping one back at you too mate, Cheers! ;D

Ooh, and not wanting to hijack Fuzzy's thread, get well mate, drink lots of water and go for a walk each morning before breakfast, (I get up at 5 am and walk 3 miles every morning, no bullshiite) and the weight will fall off you! All the best! Cheers, Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

FZ, start slow and know the diets come and go but the only constant is exercise. I have a ton (truly) of friends in the medical community who have told me the diet is important, the exercise is very important. Start slow, start small, but go for every day. You will get there.  :)

No but it is cold here, and a nice oak fire and some good sippin whiskey is a very mellow experience.

You keep going Fuzzy, don't forget what our old mate Lao Tzu said, "The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step". Of course, if your dunny (outhouse) is that far from your house, you're in trouble! (or you possibly live in Texas)  ;D
