that search paramiter just changed my world. I did not know you could do that. I am now ruined.

my condolences.  It didn't help me either.

Though thankfully I'm usually looking for heavy items that I need to find local

Genious...

Booyah for boolean searches!   ;D

I've always wondered how I could do a national search...  Could this also work for a statewide craigslist search?

I really do like the looks of the GB's with the exception of the front fender braces. Somehow they seem out of place. I wouldn't refuse one because of it though. ;)

That's a nice looking fairing on that bike. I wonder who made that for Honda. Wonder if it would fit a cb750??

Believe it or not, that fairing came from the factory on the 400's.  Sort of their Dunstall homage, if you will.

The GB 400/500 was a nice bike indeed but I like my four pots, a CB400/4 with a GB plate will always my # 1.  ;D

I think somoene had built a cool race bike using a Honda GB500 engine and an XL600 RFVH... he wanted the XL head because of the dual carb set up. From what I recall from the article, it was a pretty screaming machine. I'll have to see if I can find it again.

If you have around $8k I know of a shop in Richmond VA with a great example that has a 600cc+ big bore kit on it. I will try and dig up their card and see if they have a website.

That craigslist search killed me too.  Except I substituted SR500.  I kinda miss my old Yamaha thumper.

That SR has an excellent engine in there.  Stronger than the GB for sure.  The pegs were a little far forward for me...
I had a primo SR that I couldn't start.  The old retired lady next door would come over and kick it over for me in the mornings.  I was afraid to stop for gas, so I sold it.  Very sad.  They are a real bargain, too.
