New Guy from Seattle
« on: December 07, 2007, 01:30:56 PM »
Hey Guys and Gals, new guy here from the pacific NW. I would like to intraduce myself. It's been a while since I've been in the cycling community, and it's great to be back. Looking to meet & ride with some cool people in and around my area. My CB400F is currently under construction and about 2 weeks from completion. The Bikes being built by the talented guys over at Twinline Motorcycles in Georgetown, Seattle. I'm hoping to have it by year end.

Ever heard of 'em?
Finally got my 650 Triumph in the 80's.

Thanks gerhed, it's nice to be here. I used to frequent Dewey's all the time when they were over on 12th by the cop shop. Having a BSA usually meant having to make frequent stops into Dewey's. Dewey's and Pokes were just about the only shops I knew of at the time that sold vintage bikes. This was of course before the birth of the internet.

I still have the British made twist grip that I bought at Dewey's.
I put it on the mini bike that I made out of my Dad's lawn mower!
I lived on Magnolia--the hills killed me !
