compatability issue 550/4 and 450dohc
« on: August 23, 2005, 06:38:21 PM »
I just purchased a 1974 cb550 that had been stored in a barn for 19years.  Bike is complete and ran when it was stored but has extensive chrome pitting with the wheels looking very unsafe.  Just spotted a 450dohc that has very similar looking chrome that I can p/u for $100.  Does anyone know if the chrome pieces will swap between the 2 bikes? ???
