Where'd he get that dyno cover?

The dyno cover is just that.  It covers the stock dyno cover.  I have one like that.  It is natural aluminum.  I got it at JC Whitney many years ago.  Never installed it.  Now I know how it goes on.  Just not sure if it will leak oil.

Did anyone notice the way the oil cooler is plumbed?  The oil line off the motor that normally goes to the oil tank instead goes to the cooler.  Then the return line from the cooler goes to the tank as does the second line off the motor.  Is there any performance advantages for routing a cooler in this way vs the "normal" method of placing a sandwich adapter between the oil filter and the engine block?
