I have been working on this off and on for much longer than I anticipated. Life keeps getting in the way!

However, I am about 80% there now. The pics show some progress.

The tank and seat are not permanently mounted yet, but will be soon. I am replacing the f***ed up wiring harness with a custom simplified job.

I will be repainting the headlight shell, side covers and the tank (which incidentally is off of a Suzuki GL450). The rear fender is off an 80s Honda street bike. The rear fender is off a Magna. I put the two together. It has to permenently attaches as well. (another task for the short list!)\

I wil also be painting the 4-1 exhaust extension (black) and hope to find an insertable baffle. The neighbors hope I find one too  ::)

I neglected to paint the frame when it was torn down. Now I will be forced to spot clean/sand and spray it. (live and learn)

The pics don't show this, but I dremel bobbed the front fender and trimmed it out with auto door edging.

Oh, and I obviously have a lot of polishing to do.

find a white letter rear tire (kinda like an old musclecar tire but newer so it's safer, no dry rot) and add cafe' bars.  It'll look like my 72 Yammy XS-650.
