I have to say I really like those wide drop bars....very nice!

 I can't believe they rode those bikes like that at those kind of speeds, no brakes? Did they even have a clutch? I'll bet it was hard to even walk after a long race on one of those bikes!

The first time I sw that, I was amazed at the enormity of the tracks.  All wood, hand layed.  Also amazing that those stink tires had any traction on what must have become polished wood.  Before the boards shattered, sending huge splinters at riders and people in the stands.
