It don't happen much these days, but about 30 years ago when the Manchester ship canal was in full swing we had some laughs.
Looking out from the front door of my local pub, all you can see are fields. Can you just imagine the look on the faces of a couple of visitors to the area, not knowing that the canal is there.
Pissed out of their heads, they exit the pub and come face to face with a dirty great big fcuk off ocean going freighter.
