Is there a flash to pass switch on a CB350 twin?

Just trying to figure this out, but the "N" position on the headlight switch in this diagram, looks like the high beam and low beam are on at the same time, sounds like a flash to pass setting, like momentary switch. Is that the case?

that's the way many headlights work even on cars... you'll notice the lights get brightest right between switching from low to hi or hi to low.
