Price for powder coating service....reasonable?
« on: January 19, 2008, 09:48:08 PM »
I have a connection for discount powder coating (at least he says discount)

Here is his quote for blasting, powder coating and baking my front and rear fenders: $90

Does that sound like a good price? It seems so to me, but prices are all over the map (from different parts of the country).

The good thing is, this guy is local so I don't have to worry about shipping.

I may throw in my headlight ears too at that rate.

Geez I dont know.. 2 fenders for half the price we pay for a frame..

Take a look around.. you may be able to tell him,

It does not sound like a really good price to me..
