can anyone help my cb750k 1979 carbs are leaking  i,ve took them off put new jets and rubber seals in  the floats are plastic and i car,nt see how to set them

Others here probably have more direct experience with your model, but I would suspect the needle valves and/or the float heights. 

Float height is set by adjusting the bend angle of the small tab that contacts the needle valve.  If the float height is bad, the fuel level cannot get high enough for the tab to close the needle valve. 

If the needle valve is bad, it doesn't matter if it gets closed or not since it doesn't seat properly. 

Changing the float height is free, so it's probably the needle valves (unfortunately).

There have also been reports of cracks in the overflow tube which will also cause fuel to come out of the overflow tubes. These cracks soldered. While you have the bowls off. You can check your fuel height in the bowl without removing them. Put a clear tube onto the drain. Hold the end above the carb and open the drain. Hold the tube next to the bowl and see what the level is. Gas, like water will seek it;s own level.
