Had an email from here asking about my stand.
I have been waiting for a few months for a buddy to take a few pics.. but it looks like that will not happen. I should dust off my camera and start using it again.
Anyway I will try to describe it. I run rigid billet pegs on my passenger mounts and they have 1/2 holes drilled in the end to lighten them. You could make something else to hold this if the pegs are higher. So I took a piece of 1/2 CRS round and measured to the ground and figured a length and added for the bend plus 1.5 inches to go into the peg. So you have about 1.5 inches then an 80 degree bend then straight for whatever length get near the ground. Then to that I cut a piece of 1/2 inch about 2.6 inches long and weld it to the long part at 90 degrees forming a T. When not riding it i put it in my pocket or you can make a bracket for it.
Overall it is a bit of a pain, but I used it at the drags and just kept using it.. but my bike is so low I had to cut off the sidestand mount and remove the centerstand. You pretty well have to get of the bike to use it, so its not for everyone, plus you have to park carefully.
To use it on a cafe bike it would be pretty long, but on a slammed and lowered bike it is short..like my stand is about 5.5 inches long.
