I just went to canadian tire, a large automotive store, and they had many different short sections of pipe that changed from one diameter to another, I just found the right one that fit both the collector that came with the D&D pipe and slide over the stock 4into1 collector.  I'd like to eventually get a newer 4into1 from kerker or Vance and hines, or something but for now I'm pretty pleased. before my head blew up it sounded great, it has a 2inch straight through mesh core!!.  I just lucked out that the elbow tube the pipe I ebayed had two angles, I just chopped the elbow pipe to achieve the seen can angle, The other angle was much shallower, which I'm prolly going to use as a touring angle, so I can throw some saddlebags on, Thanks for the apreciation!!

God bless and keep Can Tire exhaust repair department!
Look at the can I built with their parts.
I also got Midas to bend the elbow to just where I wanted it for under $10.
If it's worth doing at all it's worth over-doing.

If I could make headers...
What machine was  your D&D originally intended for?

what are the wheels off of? It looks like you have an early 90's fzr600 fron end on the bike. How did you adapt them and what kind of mods did you need to do?

Just type FZR into the search in the teck forum, and my thread on the install is there.
