Sounds u have all the sensors u need, assuming the tbs came with a tps. U post pics by uploading them to a hosting site suck as flickr and copying and pasting the link they provide into the post between the "" that show up when u hit the image button above

Thank you:)Yes tbs came with tps. Any tips about the weiring of the microsqirt? What to do or not to do ?;D  I will try uploading some pictures:)

The only thing about wiring is separate the outputs from the sensor wires so u dont get any cross talk and run all grounds to same spot. Post a link to where u hosted the pics and i'll try posting them here.

Do you know the spacing between the intake on the 550? Should not be to hard to make one fit if the spacing is not far from the 750? (gsxr trottlebodies have 80-80-80) very close to the 750.. :)

Even if you can fit a set of TB's to the 550 what are you going to do for power?  If the 750 barely puts out enough current to power a full FI system, then the 550 will put out entirely too little.  Very weak charging system even when in new condition.

Looks pretty good. You had to narrow the spacing in the middle right? Get a fuel rail made and your good to go. I am using the map sensor for the suzuki also, it is much smaller than the gm unit and I have the calibration figured out if you decide to go that route.

Nope.. no modification to the tb`s or rail.. Just bolt right on... Spacing is almost perfect.. If to use on a 900f you have to modify:) Only thing is to move the throttle cable to the middle, but that was really straight forward.. You can skip that to.. but will look weird with the cable on the side? Tb`s must be mounted upside down.. but that is no problem..:)

Supposedly you can use palm for logging and basic tuning, never tried it. Didnt have to change spacing huh, could have swore u did. I have a set of those tbs and thought i measured them, that was about 2 years ago though. My tbs are upside down also. I will post the calibration tonight dont have the numbers with me now.

Thank you:) No did not do anything to the tbs or the rail.. Spacing is 80-80-80.. and fits almost perfect:) Can I run the microsquirt on standard ignition..? Will eventually run ignition from the microsquirt.. But will sort out the fuel injection first..

Yes u can trigger from the negative side of the coil and hook it to the opto in. Directions are in the manual, never tried it myself, have read some works great, others have problems. The cal for the suzuki map sensor (denso) is 0 at 0 volts and 140 at 5volts.

This is all you need to make the manifold spacers, a tube and and a flatbar. Then weld and grind :) :) ;D

Hi lordmember1969, can you tell me what year model Gsxr you got the throttle bodies off ?  They don't look like they need much altering at all....

750 Essess, Do you think these TB's are big enough to run on my 1000cc Engine, its way hotter than standard and i am not sure if they will supply enough fuel..

This is a great tread... It inspired me to do an fuel injection conversion myself :):) Never got the carbs sorted out anyway.. :D Went for the gsxr throttlebodies.. Was pretty easy to install.. Have ordered the microsquirt and are waiting for it.. So wondered if i could "pick your brains" when it comes to wiring and setting up the microsquirt?? Have not decided on fuel pump yet so that is also an issue?

This is the parts I am waiting for..

2 x GM Closed Element CLT / IAT Sensor with Pigtail
2 x 3/8" NPT Aluminum Weld-On Bung for IAT or CLT
Sensor1-pigtail for the GM 3 BAT MAP SENSOR
1-GM 3- BAR MAP SENSOR
and of course the microsquirt..

Do I miss something, or is this all i need??

Why do you want a 3 bar map?  One bar is all you need unless you are using forced induction.  (One bar equals one atmosphere, aka 14.7 psi)

Ok, agreed on $400 bucks for the parts, here are the pics
starter ring gear and clutch installed on vfr800 flywheel


adapter to mount vfr800 flywheel on cb750 crank


adapter to mount stator in cb750 cover


parts installed but not bolted in



Cant get dimensions right now my digital caliper decided to quit working, got the reg/rec today too will get this put together and tested on saturday.
DI'm going backward through the thread looking for the carb spacing, and I saw the post where you have dimensions. Do you remember what the length of the taper adapter is?

Why do you want a 3 bar map?  One bar is all you need unless you are using forced induction.  (One bar equals one atmosphere, aka 14.7 psi)

Have plans for a turbo, but first EFI, then ignition run from microsqirt... Then turbo :) :) :)
