Topic: Need some help on tire size..

I'm new to bikes, and my CB750 is the first bike i ever purchased (a month ago), so i have no idea on how to get new tires for this bike.  They're both custom i believe and the markings indicate Rear-(4.25/4.60 H18)  & Front-(3.25/3.60 S19).

When i search for these i come up with one tire, a Cheng Shin, the one that is worn out and on it right now...

Is there another marking or metric version i guess, somehow i can search for new tires that would fit the rims?     

Looking for white walls in specific....

Thanks for the help, now i can go buy some tires for the summer!
