Hello All,
  l saw a CB 750F1 with the side covers the same colour as the bike, works very well. l cannot seem to find record of this so is it a mod anyone has done? Mine have had some of the ears broken and glued over time, ive fiberglassed them behind but they look like $%#@ close up.

My K model has matching side covers as do most 750s I have seen. There is an outfit that sells what I am told is a good matching paint. It is listed somewhere in the forum. Do a search.

The F/F1 had a metallic "gun-metal grey" paint scheme on all their sidecovers, (I bought a CB750F new in 1978) it actually looked really good, particularly on my yellow bike.

I've seen F's with their sidecovers painted the same as the tank, but I don't think it looks as good. Then again, the F2/F3 had matched paint, and it was the best looking of the F's. Damn, I just confused myself! Cheers, Terry. ;D

Yes im aware of that with the 'k's but this was a F1, lm interested in anyone who has painted there F1 side panels!
