Swapped pipes temporary; doesn't look too shabby. Swiss cheezed the triple discs via speedracer 741 (NICE work, Chris!)

Geeez Andy...don't you get no snow on the island? Looks like the bahamas.
Mildest winter ever....no snow accumilation yet, no deep freezes either. Upper 40's today nice ride w/ no traffic this time of year.

Your bleeders are not in the right position, your brake line need to be bolt where is the bleeder and bleeder where is the brake line.If you try to bleed your brake you will always have air in the line,JMHO ;)

Hmmmm....I appreciate your concern and its got me wondering. Brakes feel great, very solid. Why would position of bleeder and inlet make any difference? Note the dual calipers were placed behind forks (by previous owner). If brakes are completely bled, theres no air left in lines.

Why? because air bubbles will reach the highest point, and the highest point in your case is your brake line...so the air will not go out even if you try to bleed your system.

Pull the front wheel, spin the tubes about 180 then bleed. Head
