a 120 on the rear should work fine. That's what I have.
Depends on your value of "work".
Can they be mounted and will they roll - yes.
Do you have to run at elevated tire pressures to keep the well stiff - yes.
Will they center wear much more rapidly than a tire with the proper rim width - yes.
Do they cause strange handling behavior when such abnormal wear occurs - yes.
Will they still roll when they have abnormal wear - yes
Will the rider adapt to the slowly deteriorating handling behavior - usually. And then sing praises of how much better their brand new replacement tire is, than that old piece of crap they suffered with for far too long.
