That's what the new system I had on it was. It fired twice per revolution, the second spark occurring a fraction of a nano second after the first one, effectively giving a double dose of spark. The only thing wrong was that the tacho could see both sparks and was reading double. If I had a 25k tacho, it would be OK.
I think the problem is in the ignition curve when it goes to full advance, I think it is going much to far, so until I can speak to Ernie, I'll just have to go with the stock system and hope for the best.
