HT, this event is only over the 1/8th mile.
I've geared it right down in the hope it will peak in top as I cross the line.
Should be fun changing gear 5 times in just over 7 seconds ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Maybe an airshifter is in order?

Or would that be too much weight?

It's a colonial air shifter from Orient express, NY. ;)

I picked it up at Valdosta last year, they did me a good deal. 8)

I've only used it once, the run before I started melting pistons.

Next weekend should be a good trial for it.

One and a half hours of work to do then it's testing time again.
Later today will be spent making sure everything is ready.
Saturday, loading up and traveling south.
Sunday, bedding the motor and making sure everything is OK.
Will report back Monday, keep your fingers crossed for me guys. ::)

May the wind be at your back both ways. May the ignition spark fire the nitrous. May you sprint to unheard of speeds.

It's a one way sprint over the 8th burma ;D ;D ;D and for the time being the nitrous is dissconected :( :( :(

Chris still holds the record at this strip in the classic unlimmited class with the old stock motor on the CR750. If it runs to form, I should well and truley thrash it. :D :D :D :D :D :D

Thanks for the good wishes. 8)
