Monroe shocks

Monroe shocks, stamped #D-525-5

I did a search and didn't find much about these. I have a set off of a '76 750SS, no leaks, minor rust, in pretty good shape. Are these good for anything, or are they just an OEM replacement? Just wondering if I should try them out come spring or let them go.

Thanks..

When the majority of the United States population get to be 70 years old, they will finally realize what is really important. And by then it'll be too late.
