Anybody into CL160s?
« on: February 24, 2008, 03:00:34 PM »
Friend called me this morning and said he found a 66-67 CL160. He is a furnace man and gets into places most people do not. Wanted to see if I was interested before asking owner's widow because it's buried under lots of junk (some of my best finds are buried were found this way).  Said it appears to be original and decent shape with good seat and exhaust and faded red paint. Any CL160 people out there?

CB/CL160's and 175's are the drug of choice for many. There are approx. 75 CB/CL160s racing up and down the West coast with more across the U.S.  Go here for a taste of what we're up to.   www.groupwracing.com
There's also a F-160 Yahoo group originaly started by a few of the local racers. There are many restorers who have joined to scoop up bits not used for racing. There is a wealth of info. regarding and particular to these bikes.
