This is one of my favourites...it's about not giving a rats-arse about your head or road rash, just enjoying the ride, sort of like a surfer...

I spend so much time bundled up against what could or could not hurt me and it brings me down a bit, especially on a hot day. You know, helmet, leggings etc etc
