grrr brick wall...again. Lighting/wiring issue

is this really riveted on? (rear turn signals)

He (PO$) replaced the stock with harley signals apparently




Please say no.  If it is how can I replace this wire?  It has got to go.

You can pull the insulator, spring and wire out through the socket.

AH HA... I knew it was either obviously easy or expensively hard.  Thanks for answering that slightly stupid question.
