4 tubes comming from the base of the bowls are the overflows fed from a raised tube in the bowl itself, If these are leaking either your float heights are set wrong alowing too much fuel into the bowl before shutting off the needle valve,
or all 4 floats are stuck down, not shutting off fuel
or the O-rings around the needle valve housing are not sealing allowing fuel to pass regardless of the needle valves being shut off.
Next: there is a tube connected to a nipple that is part of a "T". The sides are pressed into the sides of 1/2 and 3/4 sealed with O-rings and the stems of this tee 1/2 and 3/4 are fed from the tank.
rubber tube about <1/4" connecting carb 1 to 2 and 3 to 4
then inner side of 2 and 3 should have right angled nipples facing upwards? are breather vents and can either be pipes further up or just left to breathe as they are.
