Compete in a burnout contest & won

Entered one in a custom show

Ridden with 3 or more people on it

Towed a bike or been towed

Skidded a log or hauled firewood

Ran out of gas

Had a flat tire out on the road

Had your bike stolen

Been hit by another bike

Dumped a passenger off the back or lost them

Hit a dog, cat, snake, cow, moose, bear, or bird.

Been chased by the cops & got away

Chased but got caught

Let someone ride your bike & regret it

Steal a bike or hotwire one

Make your bike backfire just to see something JUMP ;D

Came to a feetup sliding sideways stop

Ridden into a bar or through a building

Gone thru a tunnel & not blown your horn

Ridden for a few miles lights off on a moonlit night

The closest I've come to these was when I took my old CB650 beater to a new years day biker get together.  It was about 25 degrees out.  I was the only one that showed up on a bike!

Interesting list.
But you forgot carrying a soda fountain drink from (insert favourite convience store) to home.
without spilling anything.

The 3 people on a bike is interesting... not sure if me, a 3 year old and a 6 year old counts.... mabey 2 1/4 people?  ;D

Driving through a building is fun though.

Ridden off road
Did a wheelie - yes, on a SOCH4!!!
Same as above but wearing a tux (Does a clown suit count?)
Ran out of gas - who hasn't
Had a flat tire out on the road - again, who hasn't
Had your bike stolen
Hit a dog, cat, snake, cow, moose, bear, or bird. - squirrel (they sure are stoopid)
Ridden into a bar or through a building

Gone thru a tunnel & not blown your horn - That's easy.  Going through a tunnel and not dropping down 2 gears just to hear the engine howl? Impossible!

Been chased by the cops & got away
Make your bike backfire just to see something JUMP - Done these 2 in a car, but that's a whole 'nuther story!
Go metric, every inch of the way!

You forgot the important ones....

Picked up a random girl at the side of the road

Picked up a random girl at a cafe in Mexico who turned out to be a prostitute  ;D  ::)

Picked up a 18yr old Norwegian girl wearing hotpants and a tight tank top in Oaxca, Mexico and on the first day of riding through the Tequilia region got a front tire punture at 70mph  ::)

Carried a kitchen sink on the back

Ride the Devils Highway between Mazatlan and Durango, Mexico

Riding over a snake, missing a goat, cow, dog, deer that came unexpectedly onto the road!!

Rode in 15+ countries on the same bike

Had the rear wheel collapse slowly but steadily (pinging away) while riding from NYC to Knoxville, TN

Slept next to the bike when parked at a gas station in Tennessee due to wheel collapsing and all motels where full

Had a gun pulled on you by a TN cop investigating why you are sleeping behind the gas station and not on the forecourt  ::)

Rode 1000 miles on 3 cylinders after one plug gets covered in oil

Rebuilt the engine more than a few times

Rode Rt66 through the Mojave Desert when its 110 celcius

Getting a rear tire puncture at the edge of the Central Desert, Baja on your first day and speaking no Spanish and being helped by the local drug dealer

Getting a front tire puncture at Devils Tower, Wyoming in October and no one is around to help and its freezing!

Getting a front tire puncture in the middle of nowhere Mexico and having 12 yr old kids with screwdrivers try and take your tire off before you flee the scene

Sleeping on the beach next to your bike

Riding the Alps on a CB750K4 and doing the Passio del Stelvio with 39 hairpin turns in 1km

Getting your French g/fs Mum very excited on the back of the bike as you speed through French vineyards

Riding the Peripherique, Paris

Riding around the Arc de triumph, Paris

Riding through London, Uk

Riding the German autobahn flat out on a CB750K4 feeling like you are riding an unstoppable missile with no brakes  ;)

Riding Pacific Highway Rt 1 from Eureaka, CA to La Paz, Baja

Riding the route filmed in Easy Rider the movie

Riding off road and filling up with gas from an open barrel of gas as its scooped up and poured into your bike  ::)

There`s more but Ill stop there  ;)

cheers

Well so far it lookd like I want to go riding with Andy 750 ,Seaweb and a few others.. & Keithert..I like the fact that you like to ride even if it is cold out..

And clown suit counts same as a Tux.(as long as its rented & carefully put back in the box) ..Then you get the phone call :o Long serious sentence explaining your liabilty as a rentor & ending in the threat of a lawsuit. Extra points if you managed to pull off this stunt and the biggest most popular bike dealer in town happens to be watching :o The burnout wasnt the problem it was getting stopped by the end of the parkinglot and a bit of sand... and the dealer called me SWINGER for at least a year after that...

a few more..

Rode , on a trip, with a family member or friend that had a bike so small or slow that you realize you never rode your bike THAT SLOW ever before

Rode your bike to a party when it was 10 deg F or colder

Left your bike over a thousand miles from home, cuz you flew back.. after they let you out of the hospital.

Had an ambulance ride with your best buddy & BOTH needed to be in the ambulace!

Clipped a 150 lb black labs nose at night & turned around to see buddy go down cuz he nailed it full on..

I think others could add a few to the list...

Your not wrong Duster! I envy these guys who have never had a puncture.....I seem to attract them.... :-\

Here are a few more....

Getting a front tire puncture on I-59, (Miss) at 10pm at night and having to flag down a random vehicle and having the tow-truck driver (and harley rider) offer to personally help me. Later on when sitting in the bar with his son I learnt I was in Klan country.

3 yrs later getting a rear tire puncture 5 miles from the same spot as above!!!

Riding the mountain section of the Isle of Man TT at +110mph

Getting a rear tire puncture at the TT, Isle of Man and carrying my wheel 20 miles to a car shop to get it fixed

Riding over Iron Road pass/Needles highway South Dakota in the snow  :-\

Riding at 45 degrees into the wind in the tail end of a tropical storm approaching Oklahoma City

Riding across the Plains of Tuanepec, famed for its sideways wind

Riding 120 miles on the Worst Road in Mexico - took around 7hrs and was like riding over a dried up river bed. And didnt see another car all day and finished the day by camping at a gas station that had an armed guard  8) The next day getting robbed in St Cristobel de la Casa, Chiapas, Mexico

Picking up 2 girls at a roadside cafe in Mexico who invited me to stay the night with them (see last post about giving one a ride  ;))....which meant riding the CB750 up a 10 inch curb to park it in the narrow entrance of their building as it wasnt safe parked on the street....people had to squeeze by it  ::)

Riding 500 miles back home at 50 mph on the highway with a dodgy condensor  :P

Hitting a pigeon with my knee that wasnt quite fast enough...ouch  ;)

Cheers
Andy

Rode for 3 years in Philly with a cardboard plate and no license.

Rode for 30 minutes home from work without headlight (blown bulb) with a cardboard plate and no license on I95.

Had a wiring harness meltdown on the highway in rush hour traffic and pushed the 750 3 miles home.

Ran out of gas (and then I turned the petcock ON).

Left the choke on and couldn't figure out why my bike was running so crappily.

Was chased down by a very large monkey on a Yamaha 150 with my wife on the back in Goa India.  The monkey passed us...  If I was on my Cb750 his ass woulda been mine.

Man those stories are funny.. ;D

So I did pull a log and get firewood.. that makes 2 750 skidders :o

And the kitchen sink..somewhere I have a pic of a Buddy on a 754 and yes he was packing a kitchen sink :o, think that makes 2

Keep them coming I will add a few more soon..

Will add one right now,

Ever gone around a corner at what most consider a very respectable speed?? while a buddy is seated on the back holding an entire rear wheel off a bike cuz you had no air commpressor?? Kawi 500 wheel in this case.

or get ticketed by the cops in the Rogers Pass for doing 90 mph through the snowsheds (speed limit 30 & it is very dark in there!)

Up here totalled or written off means they will not pay to repair the bike, but they pay to replace it.. but in some cases they will sell it back to you cheap, as part of the payout

how's this one:

surrendered your bike to a Utah state trooper when he realizes that not only were you doing 95mph on "his" road, but your plate is fugazi, and you have neither a license, insurance or a title for the bike while riding from SF bay area to Colorado carrying 4 sheets of blotter acid.

that was a fun day...
