« on: March 26, 2008, 10:41:13 AM »
Loads of fun, I only wish they had more variety of bike types (I wanna take a Goldwing out onto Le Mans!  ;D)

Thanks for shedding light on it for me.

Playstation 2.  It's got sport bikes basically ranging from the late 70s to up to 2005, MotoGP and Super Motard, anywhere from 100cc all the way up to 1500cc and running the gambit of manufacturers.

All the races are held on circuits or closed city tracks.  So far I've only raced one opponent at a time (1 on 1 action) but there may be larger multi-bike races that I haven't gotten to yet.

I took my 400F around the IoM TT circuit once or twice during race week last year  ;D, is that venue available in the game?

Cheers

Those don't look like PS2 screen caps - I'm not much of a console gamer, but I did have to go buy a used PS2 so my daughter could play Dance Dance Revolution (she's 6).  Are the screen caps off a different console or am I just not playing the right game?

The screen caps are off of the PS2. They were taken on photo rides and instead of saving to the memory card i saved them to a USB flash card and uploaded them onto my computer.

I dont think the IOM is avalable on the game...but if you want you can ride your 400 around laguna seca. Theres also a few other CBs on there like the 750 F DOHC and the 1300 Super Bol d'or, as well as the 1300 Super Four. Theres also Triumph speed triples and sprints as well as Daytonas for you triumph fans.

So the TT name of the game is misleading. I also thought you could run the IOM mountain course.

FWIW, I have the MotoGP, MotoGP URT3 and MotoGP2007 for PC and they give a lot of fun, specially the latter. Graphics are much better, and you can compete also in urban circuits. No classic bikes though. You can see videos and snapshots in the official homepage

There is a racing series in the game called the Tourist trophy...but keep in mind some of the courses on the game are not actual courses so there may be something like the IOM course on there for all thats known...there is an extremely hilly course on the game called Deep Forest Raceway...lets just say it gives you some serious air moments on certian bikes...
