need help with brake piston seal

I am trying to confirm the correct part number for the piston seal of the front calliper for a CB750 1978 K8
Service Honda shows 2 numbers for the same part.
45215-533-004
              -043
The original part is about 50mm outside diameter.
Can anyone confirm the correct #?

If its only the last number changed its usually either a market area change or a manufacturer alteration
