CB550 New Clutch Plates! Adjuster screw, What position?????

So, my CB550 got new clutch plates and springs! Everything seems tight! Now should the outer clutch adjuster screw be all the way in or all the way out?  Or in the middle? The new plates feel so much better! My old plates turned to hard carbon..............

Setting the adjuster is detailed in the manual and is relatively complex
Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

Remember "Its always in the last place you look" COURSE IT IS YOU STOP LOOKIN THEN!
