Yep, back again.  I've got the caps, cam, and sprocket out of the engine, and the chain off the cam, but how does the cam holder come off? Need that off to get the to head bolts, and it won't budge, even with a light tap from my BFH.

Also, can the cam chain be reused?

The cam holders are on knock pins, they need to lift straight up.  I'll admit to having done some very careful prying with my BFS and some wood blocks, but use caution, lots of machined surfaces there.

You can theoretically re-use the cam chain (there are specs for it somewhere) but given the cost of a new cam chain and since you're already in there, I'd replace it with a stronger one from, for example, Cycle Exchange.

Slide out the rocker shaft and pry on it with a bar and a block of wood or shim.. shoudnt have to pry at the bottom of it.
