$95.00 for all four if we supply the pistons, $160 if you do. We are pretty much limited to 64mm and larger.

When you guys are talking big bore it is a lot of extra cutting..like  almost 1/8 of an inch coming out..whereas a normal cut is a 32nd or under.
Wait till you get into real big bore, there is one cylinder that I bore on the lathe, that get 1/2 inch taken out..over 12mm :o
So I rough them out to within a few thou, and then the automotive machine shop hones them..

Your doing 883 to 1200? (0.496" overbore)
 Usually, I'm in the 2~12mm range for overbores
 Biggest one I've done is a CJ250 out to 391cc, 14mm overbore (from 56mm to 70mm)

Yup883.. they are sooooooo thick!!

 Too bad our 750,s didnt have the meat to bore to 1000cc w/o sleeving..
