Hey from Baltimore, MD
« on: March 12, 2008, 08:42:53 AM »
I'm Phillip and live just outside Baltimore, MD.  I just got a 1975 CB750K as my first project bike.  While it is not going to be a full restoration, it will be getting a near complete breakdown, clean-up, repaint and assembly.  Not sure how long it will take me to get it back on the road, but I am quite excited about it.

welcome, from Baltimore, MD

I ride a 550, but might be able to help with your project- and everything you need to know is on these pages.  If there is anything you need a second set of hands on let me know- and if you need parts we have a great cycle salvage here in the city.

enjoy the ride

Welcome from DC.  Which part of Baltimore?

If you need anything, feel free to drop me a line.  My 750 F came with a bucket of parts, most of which I suspect were from an unlucky K series bike.

Thanks for the welcome and friendly offers.  I am sure I will have plenty of questions as I move forward with this project.  I've  already gotten some useful info from the forum and site and I've only started scanning it, so I'm looking forward to really reading what information is available here.

Which part of Baltimore?
I'm just outside the city on the east side in Essex.

...and if you need parts we have a great cycle salvage here in the city.
Thanks for the reminder.  Someone I used to know went there all the time, but I haven't thought about it in quite a while.

(410) 962-1335 is the number and Dean even picks up the phone sometimes.  you may need to pay a visit, but its a fun place to be surrounded by a million spares.  they moved from where they were when your friend probably frequented, emminent domained over to franklintown road in the heart of pigtown (where i live)
