Have you noticed those crash bars? The bike in the background have them too. Seem like a stunt school or something.

Hmmmm....maybe a stunt group. I doubt that a stunt school...as in business...would allow naked stunting. Great pic though.

Wonder if that started out as a wheelie and turned into a stoppie when the fork broke?

that thread is hilarious. it went on for a couple pages- before i quit reading it- about how kawasaki is at fault for knowing about this defect and doing nothing about it, and other owners of same bike exclaiming- "wow, i had no idea my bike wasn't designed for this, now i am worried!" its not daring if you are unaware of reality.

Kawasaki told me it was wear and tear on the bike. I had 2000 miles on it when it happened, and it wasnt a yr old.

He may be a fallen rider, but he's the kind of rider that puts others (including me) in wanton danger when he's on the road showing off his "skillz".

Hard to have compassion for someone who makes it a point to push the limits only to complain when he breaks them.

I think we may be putting too much of this on 'the fallen' anyway. chances are he knows better- now. it's the folks on the forum who post about it as if a lightning bolt had decended upon him not once but twice. the ones that have learned the hard way are not the ones posting and i think it is possible to hate the squid without disrespecting the fallen. much like you can hate the war and support the troops. just wish they knew better before losing basic mobility and creating a bad image for the rest of us.

my only stunts are #$%*-on-the-phone avoidance maneuvers at high speed, I'm having a blast, and my forks are holding up just fine.
