You guys have been great...some more questions for you.

1) what oil do I use
2) where do I get good, but cheap oil filters
3) When I put the exhausts back on, Do I have to use the screws that it came with or can I use others.

I've heard Motul synthetic 10w 40 is the deal for oil but have yet to use it in my 750.  It did come standard with my Ducati.

For filters, the Honda dealer should carry them, mine did and I bought like 10 of them and they include the rubber o rings.  I don't remember the price but it wasn't steep at all.

I use grade 8 allen bolts for my exhaust.  Much easier to access with the allen sockets on an air socket wrench.

I will simply say: Read your owners manual. 10W40 is, I beleive, what is listed in the manuals.

Good but cheap oil filters don't often come with an O ring that fits well.  Don't throw yours away if you go experimenting with filter brands.

I had a filter that I bought from my parts place and the damned O ring was too big by a tiny bit.  I had major oil leak when I cranked the bike over.  So I ordered a few of the large and small O rings right from Honda and use some cheap but good filter that my parts place recommends...  No probelms now.
