bunch of wimps. 'oooooo i'm scared get a trailer' bah. that was barely into the first layer o' strings.



i guess the p.o. figured those little ribs on the tube count as tread.

Pfft, that's nothing.  Last weekend I went through tightening the chain up nice and straight before my 250+ mile ride and forgot to crank the axle nut back down.  :-X

meh thats nothin compared to what i seen when some friends dropped their wheels off to be changed when i was still a tire tech. one was to the cords like that all the way around that tire came off a CBR600RR and the other one came off of a VTR1000 Firestorm...the one from the VTR...what cords??? it as down to the inner liner of the tire!! and still held air.
