Hi, Joksa. The Tarozzi universal rearsets will work, but unless you're really, really tall, I think you'll find the CB750 SOHC Tarozzi kit works better. It's a few bucks more, but it has everything you need and is positioned slightly further forward than the standard pillion peg location. I've just put a set on my Read-Titan and I like them a lot!
BTW, Habermann makes a nice seat to go with the tank you're using. It's a hump-back seat like a Giuliari, but it has a painted hump rather than upholstered. Search German eBay for "Habermann sportsitzbank." You'll see one eventually, and they're much less expensive than the Giuliaris.
I also like your bike. If you run across a similar swingarm with concentric adjusters and you want to trade for a Dresda swingarm, let me know; I have an excellent extra I'd trade. RR
