It presses on the tensioner for the cam chain, When it was new the rubber was soft and helped to dampen the noise transfer. ooooooooooK lets try this one, maybe Eldar will let someone else play with MY ball.

Well, I can't identify the year and model, but obviously enough it's the gear indicator on the engine casing. 1 N 2 3 4 5.
