Any vectors to a good tuner in/around DC area who can properly install and tune my Keihin CRs and possibly do some headwork would be much appreaciated.

I'm in Maryland  and shipped my head to MRieck in Massachusetts. He's got folks throughout this forum who can vouch for his work. I can't wait to get my head back from him  ;D

You really need to have some headwork done to take advantage of those CR carbs, but then you get into it and realize you need to do other work.  What have you done to the motor so far?  Is it stock?

All stock motor with Dyna ignition.  I understand there is no limit to
what can/should be done, but I envision just a light clean up on the head and a mild cam.  Engine is tight with only 21k miles so I don't want to do too much.  I have over done it on other projects and don't want to stray far from stock.
