OK, I 've never built one, but people build replica/component cars all the time (not VW kit cars with title) so it can't be brain surgery. Although I'm sure some states might be more involved than others.

There was discussion on another thread about this and basically if you have all the paperwork/receipts from the manufacturer it's doable.

I want one of these badly as well. But rent and eating sometimes have to come first.

Damn it!

That's pretty good Ben, is that stock?  I wonder what it'll make when you're done tuning and modding?  Honda has the CBR125 (not in the US yet...if ever) it's a water cooled, catalysed exhaust, fuel injected single, with a six speed that makes....as I've read.....22hp.  not too shabby for a 125 with plenty of aftermarket support.
We just don't see or hear about most of the really good bikes here in the US, so you're one up on many of us already.
well that (15hp) figure is approx. but whatever it puts out should be enough.
you dont hear about the good bikes but youve got all the benly parts over the pond!
Ben ;)

I would have a problem dragging side covers on that one, I think 6 cylenders are fine but they should be in a "V" configuration!

If anyone really wants to replicate the above "Bimota" from a CB500/550, here's the steel tank you'll somehow need to find...  PM me if you'd like more infomation.  ::)  RR

Oh, and that frame looks like a CB500/550 frame. The Benelli Sei will bolt right into one.

Anybody got an extra Sei motor laying around?   ;D  RR
