The Enzo is nice no doubt, but for my money nothing beats a McLaren F1.. You have to love a car with a master switch and a switch for the gas pump and headphones and mic so the driver and the passenger can talk to each other... ;)

Enjoy your weekend!

I hated putting car stuff on here.....but the 430 is my favorite, and with a 1000 HP twin turbo setup, nothing else is gonna touch it. ;)

I love the video, where at the closeup, when he lets off the throttle, you can see the blowoff valves open and close.

too cool!

Actually kind of sexy... for an electric bike. With that sprocket I bet it gets up and goes.

Listed as being at Maker Faire 2010 - no other info I can find

Iggy has a good eye.  This bike was made by Frank Bletsch Design in Alameda.  He makes stuff out of industrial cast off parts.  The girl and I tried to chat him up, but he was kind of a grumpy pants.  It was Maker Faire, so we just took our four pound funnel cakes and scoped out other routine examples like a low key hydraulic walker a la Return of the Jedi or these guys playing with 12 foot tall Tesla Coils.  You know, like you do.  At least he has a helmet on.

I always figured all these guys are directly descended from Mark Pauline  ;D

SRL came to Seattle. Once.

I don't think the city actually understood what they were giving a performance permit to  ;D

All I really remember is the machine that would grind up bugs from a hopper and spit them out on the crowd - and the tesla coil. Good times.

I know a lot of people don't care for it's looks, but I sure wouldn't mind taking one for a ride.

If nothing else, it looks fairly easy to wash.  ;)
Take care,

Does this thing actually exist?  In other words, is this a real "working" bike?  I use the word WORKING loosely here.  One may say it's a WORKING bike but that doesn't mean you'd wanna ride it :)

Guess ill play the a-hole on this one. As a designer i feel the need to voice a little something.... so here goes. i cant find Ferrari in this bike. I feel the shapes are waaaaaaayyyy to primative for a Ferrari front fork rear swingarm are so unrefined. wheels look off the shelf rearsets same thing and for the body... if I look at a Ferrari from a design standpoint details details details, would Ferrari just stick round things into a body surface. ex. the mirrors, lights etc. Dont get me wrong i do know and appreciate how much effort he has put into this cad model but im just disapointed in the finishing moves. I do like whats going on under the body as far as mechanicaly. Let me put it this way, if he hadnt labeled it a Ferrari I would not have posted this and most likley would have gave some praise. My 2 cents
