Joker Machine makes some great CNC billet parts for the CX500.

One man's trash . . .
I've seen some "pretty" looking plastic maggots on BikeExif and Bike Shed.  Very similar to a MotoGuzzi V7.  But I guess that would be ugly to you, too. ;)

HAhahahahaha!!  I haven't ridden a CX500.  Shaft drive is not my preference.  It's clunky as all get out on my friends R50/5.

Looks like it was built to go round corners, lengthening the swing arm would just kill the handling....   I don't get it with the using of drag bike mods on street bikes, seems to be a US thing...... ::)

Maybe it has to do with the fact that some riders..many riders live near highways that could be traveled at 80 mph with no cornering problems in a thousand miles at a stretch.

Or they dont like the chopped off at the back look, they want it pleasing to Their Eyes..

Or they just dont care what "JimmyRoadRacer from OZ" thinks a bike should look like......

Front end is too soft..seat still a bit low, and that with right footpeg way below frame..set it up for short track..
Thinking of pulling motor, putting it ina K4 frame, and of course s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g the swingarm, just cuz it works for us..
