Those are KZ Wheels & Rotors.
They come that way stock form the factory.  Could never figure out why.?

Best I could come up with was, they had just started Drilling Rotors in the late 70's and may have thought uneven spacing was better some how..?

 KZ did it so you wouldn't have resonance or uneven pad wear
They are balanced though

I have a Kawi rotor on the back of my bike. I thought I could drill some more holes to make it a symmetrical pattern, but after a lot of head scratching, decided it simply couldn't be done.

i posted it cause its different.... that front wheel and "forks" are something else... as a whole it looks like john deer and those seeker robots from the second or third matrix

Many bikes of then had oddball hole patterns. Personal experience with GS400/450, looked like that. Beats me.

It breaks up harmonics, like some automobile fans with uneven spacing between the blades.  What harmonics, you say?  And then they sort of did away with it.

I'm betting that it's not a disc but a sprocket. Some of those old mini bikes had some really low gearing.
