Sounds like a hell of a way to motivate buyers - "I could be doing that instead of riding the bus?

....my all time favourite.

A target design MV Agusta 750 S from 1980. The same designer (Hans A. Muth) who designed the Suzuki Katana.
Easily to see.

Yeah, this is a bad bike. I've never seen one outside of pictures though.

Here's a bunch of pics somebody took of our last Backfire event here in Seattle.
I'm sure there is something in there for everyone.

My bike is the 5th picture in. It's only about half way done so some of what you see is temporary.

I always liked the 'real'  Katana's.
I was running workshops in a Suzuki dealer when they were launched so got to ride a bunch of them
1100 was awesome for its time (and still looks good today IMHO)
It handled better than any other stock bike at the time , getting it into a two wheel drift at 80+ was fun not frightening
never seen one other than silver though?

What's up with those early Katanas? I can't find one for sale anywhere in the US. Were they a short run or something?

1080 has a Suzi 1000 or 1150 that looks a lot like that, or did before he modded it for bracket racong.

LOL, I think a buddy of mine, got it in a similar manner to how that early 450 was just found, then traded it to him..
