Nice 400! Black is a good color for them. What mirrors are on that bike?

I think they were LP billet mirrors. I paid way to much for them before the Chinese started making knock-offs.

13 in the garage and counting...

I think the triple may be from Motorcycles Unlimited in Oklahoma.. maybe from Carl Ahfelt. ...looks like RC ignitions..

RC did have quite a bit if stuff for Kawis, pipes,  pistons, cams, blowers, maybe even a turbo kit... but they loved racing the sohc 4..

RC had almost as much stuff for the KZ as the SOHC4. He made it alongside the SOHC4 stuff... well let me rephrase...

Vance and Hines did...  ;D

My friend has a hairdryer for his KZthou that has RC stamped on it. Very small though. Then he tops it off with a Mr.Turbo Air cleaner lol.

The same.

The Garage Company is literally down the street from my apt.
This bike is Yoshi's pride and joy. It took him 3 months to build it. Many
of the parts were personally fabricated by Yoshi himself. I nearly had a
cow the first time i saw this bike in his shop. It sets the bar pretty high.

Every time I see that bike it makes me wish I had one of the bikes he built.   got a couple printed pics of those bikes in my garage for inspiration.

Yea I look at their site once a week to see if they have built anything cool and new.   Would be awesome to also go visit some shops like garage company, carpy's place and cycle x and theirs a few others just to see their builds up close.

Stopped in at a local builders shop, yesterday..

Cool blown shovel in the works, rear cyl sits straight up!..will run generator bottom end, real different look to it.. Had a cool new ??? tire there he may run on it... Avon 280 x 20 inch   :o, bet that limits rim choices a bit..

The blower Ducati project, may have moved to the back burner for a bit..

Billy, the Drixton Hondas are built by Bartel Engineering in Northern Ireland, they are the people that do the CR750 tanks and seats that was on the Bike in my avatar.

The RC142 was the second factory 125, it was the same bike as the RC141 but with an 8 valve head. When they raced in the 1959 I.O.M. TT the 4 valve 141 was not fast enough so in the space of a few days, the made the 8 valve heads and shipped them to the Island, the rest is history.
