somebody was trying to sell one of those "classic 750 water buffalo" as a project bike for 1500 on my local craigslist for months. Drives me nuts. If its not selling your either A. asking to much. or B. selling Crap!

No they are not junk. They are a historical development in the modern bikes history. Im saying the one this guy was selling was junk. It was not running and in pieces. Not junk but way overpriced at 1500. IMO

I sort of like the bike (sounds funny though...), but the video is just plain weird.  First off, the cameraman's got to go.  One time he was supposed to video the bike speeding by, but all I saw was a grassy hill.  Not long after that he's focusing on a cow.  Then the rider seems to be easily impressed with his own riding skills (going around in a circle turn-about, "accelerating" past the car).  The way the rider kicks out the rear wheel stand near the end of the clip... I thought for sure the bike was going to end up on its side (it's only a matter of time though...).

I think those guys should reshoot.

ffjmoore,
That bike (red one right?) would pop up every month or so. It seemed the price never changed. I think his wife wanted him to get rid of it, so to appease her he would list it.

I see people posting the same bike over and over for the same price. Some of them are nice too, but just a tad bit pricey. I guest if you're not hurting for money, it's okay to hold out for the right sucker, I mean buyer.
