Pure exotica these little engines, imagine the complexity for the time. Honda did all this to try to keep four strokes competitive.

I can only imagine how difficult it would be to ride one fast. I thought it was tough to keep the old TR2B on the pipe.

Ya know...I hate to be honest....I probably wouldn't like riding one....just looks like a pain in the butt...trying to keep it up on the cam.  I love the bike, but I need a bike with some torque....not just PURE shrieking high horsepower RPM stuff.

I think an explanation of this vintage tire on a 16'' rim with the 300mm rotors is in order!

Well I don't think its ugly, however there are some fails here. The front faring, ok I see what they were going for however they failed to swap out the mirrors and they just don't work with that fairing. A black and chrome exhaust would have gone a long way. I like the 2 into 2 exhaust better then the 4 into 1 however all black does not work for me. Little things like that.

Thats one of the prototypes, notice the lack of bottom frame rails, the production model has a full cradle frame..

I think this bike is very inspirational.
I really like the frame and tank.

and the way the back wheel feels so separated from the bike.
Makes me want to mod my frame to match... :o

I have already thought about removing the bottom part of the frame, with stronger mounts at the other points of the frame i may just work.... ;)

Dont get me wrong. I love choppers, but where in the he11 do the get their inspiration from? They must be smoking some crazy stuff to come up with bikes like that. It was the 70's.
