i dunno if this vid has been posted, but it's still awesome nonetheless!!

Actually, might as well be a paper weight.  Fire the goddamn engine instead of playing that dumbass music!  5 minutes with no engine running, I don't believe BMW made it functional.

Now for a real six

I belive I read somewhere that those 3 wrenchmonkey bikes are totality nonfunctional.  They were made for some nightclub.......shame that they will never be ridden.

Not sure...  It was from Pipeburn.com  The post had this wrenchmonkey quote, "We got an order for display and decoration bikes, to a nightclub in Herning, Denmark, name of this place, CLUB BLACK! They are not meant to be riden, and all we did are pure cosmetics and made them look good and black, so we have no clue to how these bikes would be like to drive, but we could guess!"

I'd vote for the RD if there was voting.

yea, none of these run.  theyre just eye candy. seems weird though, dont know how you d put that much time into these things and not take a little extra time to make em actually run.

its alot more then just having the plugs pulled out, but still

it seems to me that it would be way easier to build a bike that looks cool but doesnt really need to function
i would have done a lot of stuff different on my bike if i was just building it for looks
Funny thing about regret is...... its better to regret something you have done than to regret something you haven't done.

I suppose on the CB it's a lot easier to open up the triangle where the electronics and oil tank are if you don't actually have to put them somewhere else  ::)

Not sure on the other machines though.

Y'know... I read that on the website too, re: the non-functioning bikes.  My bet would be that it has something to do with zoning and/or insurance.  Bikes that don't run, and have no internals, are simply wall hangings.  Like decorative guns.  I don't give a sh"t.  I'm "borrowing" ideas to use on my RD, and have already nicked a few for my project CB-350...

Be Careful!  I followed the link above and ran into a mess of anti-virus warnings that might be an automatic forward from this link at DoTheTon.  I shut down and am running a McAfee scan now. So far no viruses found... YMMV.  ???   RR

Rusty... I'm not sure what happened, but it did. My short scan showed nothing. After my full scan I'll check the link again. Maybe I accidently clicked on some kind of BS anti-virus advertisement when I hit the DoTheTon page. I'll go back again after my scan and check. Thanks.  RR
