......i wanna take this moment to say , i forgot my camera when we went , so these pics were not taken by me (snagged from a strangers facebook) ..and i find it funny that he didn't take any shots of my bike

.. (it was getting hated on quite a bit actually, haha) .. oh well back to the show

the trophy was one of 3 they handed out for the "Bikes we like" category. The best of show went to a very nicely restored 1910's board tracker.

I would have been embarrassed to have my bike there. Perhaps it was a good thing I could not go. Those bikes are incredible!

the trophies were all made right there on the street , in a little shielded curtain/booth area ... with scrap parts that attendees brought in
(they had it posted on there website to bring in stuff which i thought it was an awesome idea

one thing i've been meaning to ask ya Godffrey...... how well do your front brakes work with the adjusters cut out ? i love the look, but how does it affect there functionality ?

Much better, you'll notice Honda did away with that by 1979 and never looked back.
