I think those are just stock triples that have had the bar mounts machined down.
   This pretty much sums it up.   76' CB592 cafe. 69 750 project, 03 CBR954, 75 750 super sport.

I disagree. Those triple trees are very rare and expesive, but i have 1 set im willing to part with for cheap...$250 shipped  ;D ;D

you #$%* haha, i wish i had seen that earlier, im still stuck building my girlfriends bike. and im in too deep on hours spent that id hate to see the tank go to waste. great pic!

That's correct. I could modify one for you but I would need to know what year you have and if you’re using the gauge mounts.

I think you have to get an understanding of its intended use in order to really appreciate the beauty of that machine. It was designed in an attempt to make an otherwise widely used and minimially modified bike stand out in a crowd ( in India no less, where these bikes are immensely popular). Most everything on the bike is done for pure functionality, which in turn adds to its aesthetic. I really dig it, but hey, to each his own.


Could have something to do with the fact that I have an old CB100 sitting in a barn in east Texas that I've been meaning to bring home and do something with. Hence why I put this in the Inspiration Thread  ;D

I like how it looks a lot...but if its an 1100cc and the tank is that size....the range between fill ups looks extremely limited to my almost completely uneducated eye....
