 Allright,when i get home i'm gonna fire up the sawzall and have me some fun. I have been waiting for someone to do something like this,just imagine being able to change tranny fluid or work on your tranny without having to take your #@!&^%  motor apart..Zowwie!!!

THIS BIKE BLOWS ME AWAYYYYYYY!!!!! It is a Cook customs called the "Rambler", check out the sideways Cb550 engine with a BMW trans. Found on the Kneeslider if you want to investigate. Holy wow.

Wow, I just sneaked a peak at the Yamaha GTS1000 on wiki.  Single sided FRONT?  Very cool.  Ahead of it's time I guess.

it is a RADD single sided swingarm front, with leading link characteristics. Which means when you jump on the brake the front end wants to rise rather than plunge, which accounts for the superior stopping power.

Too expensive, hence the poor sales.

Just curious, what part of hub steering makes them expensive? Is it the economy of scale, that's the problem?

Guess I don't really know, Customer resistance to change makes them expensive in a back door way. IOW, it wouldn't be too expensive if people would buy it.

TZ with a RD wiring harness to make it street legal. Where did you find that pic? It was taken on Vashon Island during the VME event there a couple of weeks ago. I was there and would like to see more pics.
The owner is a member of this site, he isn't on here much though.
